Lunar came to work for the Town of Sterlington in 2000. She became assistant town clerk, taking bills and deposits, then helped with court, and is now the court clerk. Lunar is currently training someone to take her position because she plans to retire in September 2024. She enjoys working for the citizens of Sterlington and looks forward to staying connected with them. In retirement, Lunar and her husband plan on spending a lot of time together fishing and visiting with their grandson and his family.
