Laura began working for the Town of Sterlington in July 2006. Her duties include being the sewer billing clerk and the accounts payable clerk. During her time here, she has attended the LMCA Institute in Baton Rouge and received her Certified Deputy Clerk status in 2018. Being a native of Monroe and moving to San Antonio Texas in 1986, she made her way home to Sterlington in 1990. She has one daughter and one grandson and has been married to her husband Robby for 14 years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, the beach, and being with her family and her two dogs Bella and Finley.
